We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced ASC Manager to take on a leadership role in our organization. This position includes a signing bonus of $2500.00 to be paid out after 90 days of employment.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency
- Lead strategic initiatives that improve performance and care delivery
- Responsible for the daily flow of the surgery center (staffing, supplies, sterilization, templates, etc.).
- Maintains documentation of staff education, licensure, certification, and vaccinations according to company policy.
- Analyze financial performance (P&L) to identify improvements
- Oversee project timelines and the successful completion of initiatives
- Identify process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Alaska
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong experience in a perioperative setting
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategy
- Comfortable making decisions and driving positive change
