SoHo Dragon is currently seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist for a contract opportunity with our investment bank client based in New York City. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days of onsite presence per week at the client’s office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is responsible for

-          Preparation of Weekly 15c3-3 Customer and PAB Reserve Computations

-          Preparation of 15c3-1 Net Capital Calculation

Profile

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have:

• Series 27 License 
• Excellent knowledge of SEA rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3
• US Broker Dealer Regulatory reporting experience
• Knowledge of broker dealer Accounting and Operations

Nice to Have:

• CPA
