Job Summary

ACT is seeking Magnetics Assemblers to wind magnetic assemblies by hand and by machine (bobbin, torroid, and pulley), along with finishing these assemblies (stripping wires, taping cores, etc.). Some hand-soldering is occasionally required. We have strong mentorship and training programs and believe strongly in collaboration between all departments.

Must Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manual dexterity with strength to configure 12 to 44 gauge wire
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
• Ability to read and understand drawings, procedures and bills of material
• Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, transact and retrieve simple data
• Ability to multitask
