Greenline Apartment Management is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Agent (English/Spanish) for Riviera Apartments, a multifamily community in Houston. If you're friendly, professional, and motivated to close leases, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in property management.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours and applications

• Manage the full leasing process from first contact to move-in

• Conduct follow-ups and update prospect information in ResMan

• Prepare and complete all lease documentation

• Walk apartments to ensure readiness for move-in

• Respond to resident requests and create service tickets

• Maintain awareness of market trends and nearby competitors

• Support the on-site management team and participate in resident events

What You Bring

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• 3+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and sales skills

• Proficiency with ResMan or similar property management software

• Basic math skills for rent and deposit calculations

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred

• NALP certification is a plus
