What You’ll Do

• Float between properties to cover leasing needs

• Greet prospects, run value-based tours, and close leases

• Work the pipeline: calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins; keep the CRM updated

• Manage the process end-to-end—from first contact to move-in

• Support residents professionally and help with community events

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)

• 3+ years in telecom or used-car sales (required)

• Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

• Confident closer with disciplined follow-up

• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and digital tools

• Nice to have: ResMan or similar property software; Fair Housing basics (or willing to learn)
