Weego, a Paris Corporation brand, is seeking a Category Manager with a passion for consumer technology, vehicles, and hands-on innovation. In this role, you'll own the full product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, ensuring that every product aligns with Weego’s commitment to reliability, safety, and user-centric design.


The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative thinking and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Whether it’s spotting market trends, testing a jump starter, or refining a product feature, you’ll play a key role in driving the future of the Weego brand.

Requirements

· Lead the full product lifecycle for Weego products, including market analysis, planning, development, launch, and phase-out strategies.

· Conduct competitive research, consumer feedback analysis, and monitor industry trends to uncover product opportunities.

· Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specs in collaboration with engineering and design.

· Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality metrics, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.

· Partner with Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy, packaging, positioning, and promotional plans.

· Track product performance and user feedback post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with Supply Chain and Ops on forecasting, inventory, vendor coordination, and cost management.

· Act as internal product expert, supporting Sales and Customer Service with product training and technical insights.

· Take a hands-on role in product testing and analysis

· Other duties as assigned.


Your Background:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of product/category management experience, ideally in consumer electronics or automotive accessories.

· Familiarity with vehicle-related products, batteries, chargers, or power tools is a strong plus.

· Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from idea to launch.

· Strong analytical skills—you can connect data, feedback, and trends to strategic recommendations.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet is a plus.

· Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and user-driven innovation.
