- Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Planning, Marketing, International, and city offices to generate revenue from non-trade show avenues
- Direct project planning, tracking, and management activities
- Manage budgeting, estimating, and pricing of new and projected projects
- Create SOPs and SOWs for new and projected projects
- Resolve customer service concerns
- Process expense vouchers
- Facilitate client and job retention activities
- Manage satellite city tradeshow operations, including vendor relationships for satellite cities
- Lead and develop a high-functioning Special Operations team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ project management experience in tradeshow, convention, event management or meeting planning industries; construction management experience preferred
- Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP proficiency; knowledge of CAD or other graphics programs; ability to interpret blueprints
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Superior time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent multitasking ability, with great attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to travel up to 20%
