What You Do:
- Manage supplier team’s planning and service implementation activities
- Manage labor services fulfillment; includes providing installation and dismantle estimates, and planning and communicating with Operations team members
- Order show services and coordinate with third-party partners
- Participate in setting annual and pre-show budgets; manage budgets and complete post-show reconciliation, including financial, metrics, and post-show reports
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service
- Responsible for staying current with industry standards
- Enhance communication among all parties involved in the trade show install and dismantle
- Travel to key shows to offer on-site support
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Like to learn, take on new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment
- Have solid communication skills
- A strong team player
- 3+ years’ of account management, industry experience is great!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and varied database software
- Exceptional project and time management skills
- Ability to manage large and complex budgets along with a solid understanding of basic accounting concepts, such as revenue, net revenue, direct costs, profit, and margin
- Ability to solve problems with a creative, flexible, and resourceful approach
- Expert time management and organizational skills with ability to be flexible as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, finance, or other related area preferred
