As the Individual Giving & Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Manage and grow the organization’s emerging major gifts program, identifying and cultivating donors with the capacity to give $5,000+ annually.
- Build and maintain a mid-level donor portfolio, ensuring regular, meaningful contact to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Plan, implement, and grow the organization’s annual individual giving program in partnership with the development team.
- Collaborate on direct mail, digital, and peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
- Support donor cultivation and stewardship events, including small gatherings, special tours, and campaign-specific outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications staff to create compelling donor materials and impact updates.
Individual Giving & Engagement Manager Minimum Salary: $ 65,000
Individual Giving & Engagement Manager Maximum Salary: $ 70,000
Individual Giving & Engagement Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday (35 hours/week)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Non-profit Management
- Business Management
- Communications
- OR a related field
- Comfortable interacting with donors, board members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in individual giving, donor engagement, or relationship-building roles.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle.
- Must have a personal cell phone.
