💼 What You’ll Do
As a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training in all areas of campaign development and leadership. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, supporting fundraising efforts, and managing event-based campaigns—with a clear path to advancement.
Responsibilities:
Cross-train in event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and campaign logistics
Support day-to-day execution of retail-based and community outreach events
Assist in managing promotional teams and coordinating multiple event sites
Lead small teams and take on entry-level management responsibilities within your first 90 days
Collaborate directly with nonprofit partners and retail clients
Develop leadership, communication, and operational skills to grow into a full management role within 6–12 months
Help expand campaign operations across the West Coast during a period of rapid growth
