Full-Time | Paid Training | Nonprofit Campaigns | Leadership Track

Are you ready to launch a career in marketing, leadership, and event management—while making a real difference in your community? Join one of the fastest-growing promotional marketing firms helping nationally recognized nonprofits connect with the public through in-person outreach and live event campaigns.

We do things differently. Rather than cold calls or digital ads, we specialize in face-to-face community engagement at retail locations, pop-up events, and high-traffic public venues—raising awareness and increasing support for 501(c)(3) nonprofit partners across the U.S.

💼 What You’ll Do

As a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training in all areas of campaign development and leadership. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, supporting fundraising efforts, and managing event-based campaigns—with a clear path to advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-train in event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and campaign logistics

  • Support day-to-day execution of retail-based and community outreach events

  • Assist in managing promotional teams and coordinating multiple event sites

  • Lead small teams and take on entry-level management responsibilities within your first 90 days

  • Collaborate directly with nonprofit partners and retail clients

  • Develop leadership, communication, and operational skills to grow into a full management role within 6–12 months

  • Help expand campaign operations across the West Coast during a period of rapid growth

🌟 What We Offer

  • Comprehensive paid training and 1-on-1 mentorship from experienced managers

  • Immediate exposure to leadership duties and real-world nonprofit impact

  • A collaborative, high-energy work culture where initiative is recognized and rewarded

  • Opportunities to represent trusted national nonprofits and major retail brands

  • A structured career path to Event Management and Regional Leadership roles

  • Travel opportunities to help launch new campaigns in expanding markets

  • Performance-based bonuses, team incentives, and leadership retreats

👤 Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are passionate about marketing, leadership, and nonprofit causes

  • Thrive in dynamic, people-facing environments (not a desk job!)

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both team members and the public

  • Are proactive, dependable, and motivated by personal and team success

  • Are flexible with scheduling and open to travel for campaign expansion

  • Want to grow into a long-term leadership role in an impact-driven organization

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset

  • Commitment to full-time, in-person event work (non-remote position)

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

📢 Not Your Average Job

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 or telemarketing role. It’s a high-impact, community-facing opportunity to accelerate your career, gain leadership experience, and help raise awareness for causes that truly matter.
