Current Openings

  • Monday/Saturday: 6:30 pm – 7:00 am
  • Every other Thursday: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm

What You Bring

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, gerontology, criminal justice, theology, nursing, or counseling; or be a registered nurse
  • At least two years of experience in human services, with one year in direct mental health care
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer use; experience with EHR systems preferred
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation

 

Your Role

  • Monitor a 24-hour crisis call center
  • Provide triage, crisis counseling, information, and referrals
  • Conduct face-to-face level-of-care assessments
  • Deliver in-person crisis counseling and planning
  • Facilitate emergency psychiatric evaluations and involuntary commitment applications when necessary
