What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided during work hours)
- Ability to drive a full-sized van
- Experience in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, cosmetic repairs, painting, etc.)
- Familiarity with smartphones, email, and mapping tools
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical capability to perform job duties, with or without accommodation
Your Role
- Perform general maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of LVF properties
- Provide safe and timely transportation for LVF clients as scheduled
- Use computer systems to manage work orders and communicate via email
