Hybrid BUS DRIVER bei City of Minot

The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Bus Driver in the Transit Division of the Public Works Department. This position will remain open until filled and is open to all qualified internal and external applicants.

Nature of Work

This is semi-skilled work operating passenger buses of various sizes to provide safe and efficient transportation services to citizens. Please see attached job description for complete details.

Education, Experience, Other Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and some experience in bus or similar vehicle operation; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Possession of or ability to possess a North Dakota class “B” commercial driver's license with passenger and air brake endorsements.
• The North Dakota CDL license is desired but not required to apply for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

• The assigned salary range for the position of Bus Driver under the 2025 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 50, which is $20.96 per hour- $31.11 per hour or $43,593- $64,713 annually. 
• This is a full time, FLSA Non-Exempt position eligible for overtime.
