We are currently seeking qualified applicants to work as a Loan Servicing Specialist at our Wolfforth, Texas Banking Center.


A Loan Servicing Specialist role is a back-office lending support role and requires attention to the details and the handling of tasks with better-than-average accuracy and careful attention to the quality of the work produced. The ideal candidate is accommodating in nature and has an analytical approach.


A Loan Servicing Specialist’s main job function is to assist other lending staff in the progression of a loan request from funding to life of loan monitoring, all while practicing a TEAM approach. This includes imaging documents, citing/working/clearing exceptions, processing payments, booking/editing loans after funding, preparing reports, collateral management, and assisting customers with loan servicing questions.


Job Duties:

  • Quality Control and sort documents in Synergy Capture
  • Assist in research and problem resolution
  • Loan data input for new notes, renewals, payments and loan system maintenance promptly after funding
  • Adding collateral to Silverlake Core
  • Ability to work in and with databases
  • Maintain records, reports, or files

Requirements

Skills Required:

Knowledge Required:

  • Clerical
  • Customer and Personal Service
  • Computer skills, word, excel and internal bank systems.
  • Knowledge of banking procedures.
  • Knowledge of lien perfection

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of 6 months bank experience. Associates Degree preferred but can be offset by additional loan experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
