- Ability to assist in the management and deployment of a light construction crew and other field personnel including Superintendents.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and lead a process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations and Asset Managers to understand property-specific goals and assist in implementing plans to achieve those objectives.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of operational systems to track progress on projects and daily maintenance tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between property managers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, including maintenance work orders and apartment turnover schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Help track and analyze operational metrics to identify delays, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Supervise and schedule apartment turnovers, coordinating with cleaning, painting, and maintenance teams to ensure standards and deadlines are met.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Participate in weekly operations meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks and building conditions.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes a plus
- Excellent project management and property management skills
- System experience with Yardi, Procure, MS Project, Bluebeam, a plus
- 5 days on-site required (corporate and field)
- Ability to safely navigate a construction site
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate both on the phone and in person with our clients to resolve issues and manage the business.
- $75,000 – $95,000 annually

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 5 years' of relevant of experience in property management or project management
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
