We are looking for a Product Developer II - a meticulous maker and visionary doer who thrives in transforming concepts into consumer-ready products. What You'll Tackle:
Product Development & Execution
- Lead the journey from design ideation to commercialization - delivering on quality, cost, and timeline goals
- Develop product, components, and trims with internal and external teams, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Translate creative ideas into sold specs: BOMs, tech packs, fit/color requirements, and production-ready assets
- Prototype, pattern, and conduct market research to validate early concepts
- Manage iterative sampling and ensure alignment across teams
Project Management & Workflow
- Own project timelines and pivot quickly when challenges arise
- Track PLM entries and maintain physical development assets
- Communicate effectively across departments to solve problems and drive momentum
Sourcing & Supplier Partnerships
- Handle vendor communications with clarity and confidence
- Ensure timelines are met, expectations are exceeded, and costs are optimized
- Strengthen supplier relationships and elevate costing strategies
- Negotiate with agility while maintaining target margins
Requirements
Skills & Capabilities You Bring
Technical & Creative
- Proven end-to-end product development experience
- Deep knowledge of cut-and-sew production, leather, knits & socks
- Background in trims, materials & embellishments
- Working knowledge of PLM & product management tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & CLO
- Solid foundation in sourcing, costing, & logistics
- Unshakable attention to detail
