What You'll Tackle:

Product Development & Execution

• Lead the journey from design ideation to commercialization - delivering on quality, cost, and timeline goals
• Develop product, components, and trims with internal and external teams, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
• Translate creative ideas into sold specs: BOMs, tech packs, fit/color requirements, and production-ready assets
• Prototype, pattern, and conduct market research to validate early concepts
• Manage iterative sampling and ensure alignment across teams

Project Management & Workflow

• Own project timelines and pivot quickly when challenges arise
• Track PLM entries and maintain physical development assets
• Communicate effectively across departments to solve problems and drive momentum

Sourcing & Supplier Partnerships

• Handle vendor communications with clarity and confidence
• Ensure timelines are met, expectations are exceeded, and costs are optimized
• Strengthen supplier relationships and elevate costing strategies
• Negotiate with agility while maintaining target margins

Requirements

Skills & Capabilities You Bring

Technical & Creative

• Proven end-to-end product development experience
• Deep knowledge of cut-and-sew production, leather, knits & socks
• Background in trims, materials & embellishments
• Working knowledge of PLM & product management tools
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & CLO
• Solid foundation in sourcing, costing, & logistics
• Unshakable attention to detail
