Accredited by The Joint Commission, Hudson Behavioral Health is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization providing Behavioral Health Treatment in Salisbury, Maryland. Since its inception in 1980, Hudson Behavioral Health has been providing cutting edge treatment for Substance Use and other co-occurring disorders. Our services include Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Treatment, and Transitional Housing.
Seeking a proactive and highly organized professional with a passion for creating exceptional work environments. The Facilities Manager role will be key to maintaining physical assets, enhance operational efficiency, and support the organization’s success. The candidate must be able to oversee daily facility operations including repairs, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring all building systems function optimally (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems) and comply with regulations. This position would report to the Director of Environmental Services.
Responsibilities:
· Managing repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance of all buildings and its systems (includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
· Experience in developing and performing scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities/equipment.
· Experience with work order software.
· Experience using power tools.
· Good time management and prioritization skills.
· Overall knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electric.
· Performs hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed.
· Attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of management, employees, and vendors.

Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance & management; experience with facilities expansion is a plus.
Previous leadership experience is preferred.
