Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for front office reception and supporting the organization with a variety of office duties. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and enjoys being a liaison among the company, employees, and third parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reception
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors as appropriate. Ensure safety by controlling access via the reception desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Resolve administrative inquiries in-person and via phone and email.
- Ensure office is tidy and presentable.
Events
- Coordinate events and meetings. Manage calendars and prepare agendas, schedules, menus, and travel arrangements.
- Schedule and coordinate building and office maintenance appointments.
Inventory
- Maintain and stock inventory of supplies, reordering as needed. Perform off-site errands. Prepare monthly inventory spending report.
- Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries.
Projects
- Perform all other duties as assigned including data entry and special projects.
Requirements
Physical Demands: This position requires handling materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
Required Skills:
- Associate degree or High School Diploma/Equivalent
- 3-5 years of office administrative experience
- Reliable automobile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Experience with order entry processes is a plus
- Familiarity with event planning is advantageous
- Excellent proofreading skills for written correspondence
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn
- Adaptable, flexible, and punctual
