Hiring Range: $26.96 - $38.46 per hour

What You’ll Do:
This isn't just billing — your role as a Billing Specialist / Coder involves purpose-driven work that supports wellness and healing through precise and compassionate service. As a key part of our Patient Accounts team, you'll:
- Review medical records for accurate coding (E&M, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer requirements
- Partner with providers to improve documentation quality
- Support clean claim submission and timely reimbursement
- Stay on top of the latest coding guidelines — and share that knowledge!
What You Bring:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Active medical coding certification (CPC, CPC-A, CCA, AHIMA)
- (3) years coding/billing experience (within the last 4 years) -OR- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic health records
- Experience in Family Medicine preferred.
