Hiring Range: $26.96 - $38.46 per hour

You'll play a vital part in supporting culturally centered care by ensuring our services are billed with precision, respect, and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

This isn't just billing — your role as a Billing Specialist / Coder involves purpose-driven work that supports wellness and healing through precise and compassionate service. As a key part of our Patient Accounts team, you'll:

• Review medical records for accurate coding (E&M, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer requirements
• Partner with providers to improve documentation quality
• Support clean claim submission and timely reimbursement
• Stay on top of the latest coding guidelines — and share that knowledge!

What You Bring:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Active medical coding certification (CPC, CPC-A, CCA, AHIMA)
• (3) years coding/billing experience (within the last 4 years) -OR- Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic health records
• Experience in Family Medicine preferred.
