Location: Brighton and Sussex
Commission: Uncapped on top of basic salary, OTE 40k
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Proactively generate leads and manage a sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings
- Sell across a range of platforms, including print, digital, social media, video, and events
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver effective advertising campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of activity and client communications
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in media or advertising
- A consultative sales approach with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face and managing your own diary
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Digital awareness or a willingness to learn (full training provided)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Brighton and the wider Sussex area, with a genuine connection to the local community
- You must be based locally and able to travel across the region for client meetings
