Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, orders, delivery status, and returns
