We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be the backbone of project delivery at IPF.

This role is focused on ensuring that all ongoing projects are effectively managed, with a focus on client satisfaction, tracking progress, and executing with excellence. The goal is to drive outcomes. Your role is not about managing tasks only; For example, You understand that sending the email is the task, but it’s not the end. The real measure is whether the purpose of the email was achieved. You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring that teams stay aligned, clients are satisfied, and progress continues without delay.
The role is flexible, allowing you to balance project demands with other responsibilities while maintaining oversight to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:

Project Oversight: Track the progress of multiple active projects using ClickUp. Ensure tasks are completed, but more importantly, ensure that each task contributes meaningfully to achieving the intended outcomes.
Client Satisfaction: Act as the key point of contact for clients — ensuring they receive regular updates, gathering their feedback, and following through until at least client expectations are met. The goal is to exceed their expectations
Performance Monitoring: Keep a bird’s-eye view of all project statuses, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated, and that nothing falls behind schedule.
Follow-Through & Accountability: Ensure we hit milestones and every deliverable serves its purpose and addresses the core needs of the client. Follow up with internal teams and clients until every detail is completed.
Proactive Risk Management: Identify potential project delays, resource shortages, or scope changes before they arise, and implement preventive actions to keep things on track.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with team leads, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and clear communication on all fronts.
Continuous Improvement: Constantly assess project workflows, offering solutions to streamline processes, optimize resource usage, and improve overall efficiency.

● Demonstrates strategic thinking in problem-solving and can identify bottlenecks before they arise, ensuring smooth project execution.
● Enjoys working independently, but also thrives in a team environment where collaboration and accountability are key.
● Has a flexible and adaptive mindset, willing to learn and adjust as projects evolve.
● Brings proven project management experience, whether in consulting, operations, or other industries, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion.
