About this Position

The Sales Manager leads sales strategy and execution for the Consumer Hair Professional salon channel. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, building key customer relationships, setting and achieving KPIs, and ensuring effective product launches. The role focuses on driving growth through strategic planning, sales excellence, and trade marketing implementation to maximize brand presence and performance.

 

What you´ll do 

  • ·        To be fully accountable for sales execution/excellence for Consumer Hair Professional

    ·        Managing Sales Team and ensuring all sales coaching and deliverables.

    ·        Develop full sales strategy plan for total brand and strategic priorities for Salon channel

    ·        Established qualitative and quantitative objectives for the Key Customers

    ·        Build a good network, by developing personal relationship with Key Customers & Business Partner

    ·        Ensure implementation of Sales initiative & launches with speed and effectiveness

    ·        Setting and achievement of sales KPIs set by the company

    ·        Ensures best possible situation for company’s products at customer level / Trade Marketing Implementation

What makes you a good fit

  • ·        Diploma or Degree in any field

    ·        Minimum 8 years related experience with minimum 3 years sales experiences or sales operation management

    ·        Highly prefer candidates with background in the Salon Industry

    ·        Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
