This is a part time role for 20 hours per week (0.54 FTE)
About the Role
- Administer a range of bursary, scholarship and hardship funding schemes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with University policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Student Relationship Manager in maintaining high service standards across funding operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and Professional Services to ensure service levels are clearly defined and consistently met
About You
- An adaptable, decisive, pro-active, organised and detail-oriented individual who can work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in supporting students and enhancing their experience.
- Finance experience
Additional Information
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
