We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our Student Awards Team, where you’ll play a key role in assessing, administering, and awarding bursaries and scholarships to our students. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student experience.
This is a part time role - 30 hours per week (0.75 FTE)

About the Role
- Support the delivery of bursaries and scholarships with efficiency, accuracy, and care.
- Provide empathetic and proactive support to students, helping them navigate funding opportunities.
- Deputise for the Student Relationship Manager, including budget tracking and maintaining up-to-date bursary and scholarship information.
- Collaborate closely with other student-facing teams to ensure a seamless and supportive service
About You
You will have
- A strong customer service ethic and a genuine desire to support students.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
- A degree or AAT NVQ4 qualified
- Significant Finance experience
- Excellent customer service skills
Additional Information
Salary Grade 6 - Starting from £25,111 rising to £27,880 per annum, pro rata £33,482 - £37,174
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
