What you’ll achieve:
- Develop compelling communications materials and data visualizations for diverse audiences including pitch decks, concept notes, and findings summaries
- Support project executionincluding coordination across cross-functional teams, leading the development of surveys and compelling narratives for our clients, overseeing data collection, translating data into actionable insights, and other project management
- Analyze scientific literature and healthcare landscape to develop compelling proposals and inform recommendations on how Surgo Health’s analysis and products can support achievement of client goals, health outcomes, and health equity
- Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities, contributing to proposals, and developing compelling materials to showcase Surgo Health’s unique value
- Coordinate with and manage partners including local implementation data collection partners to ensure project deliverables are executed with high quality and impact
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience within healthcare, consulting, or innovative data-focused public health
- Previous work using data to understand key challenges and develop solutions
- Strong project management skills. Has a sense of ownership over project completion and a bias towards action. Is detail oriented, and is a good team player who can work across cross-functional teams
- Strong critical and strategic thinker with deep intellectual curiosity for what we do
- Resilient and outcome-focused in managing complex client needs in an ever-changing landscape. You can work with a dynamic range of stakeholders and successfully manage partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communications skills. You can create compelling PPT presentations that synthesize data in a structured, clear, well-formatted way to explain a narrative
- Ability to travel to Pakistan

Compensation packages are based on several factors such as skill set, prior relevant experience, education, certifications, and market considerations. In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses and equity (if applicable).
