Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monthly MI & full month end close processes, with detailed narrative on variance analysis.
- Prepare supporting schedules and analysis of variances to budget & prior period results.
- Business partnering with Budget holders.
- Monthly/Periodic Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Bank postings & reconciliation.
- Intercompany postings & reconciliation for the allocated companies.
- Central cost monthly accrual postings and reconciliation to schedule/budget.
- Preparation of monthly prepayment and accrual schedules for allocated companies.
- Calculate & raise invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Prepare information & schedules for Year-end audit according to standard practices.
- Ensure the deferment schedule is kept updated & any missing info is promptly chased.
- Attend Month end meetings to add feedback to improve month end process.
- Weekly commercial reports
- Post & Document accounting / audit adjustments.
