Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Caladwich Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to provide contract administration support within a complex Federal organization with diverse activities. This role requires a highly organized, proactive approach to tracking solicitation opportunities and working with a team to respond to them in a timely, compliant fashion. Position responsibilities require meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the willingness and ability to work collaboratively with a team to analyze project requirements and develop solutions.
The candidate should be a team player who is enthusiastically willing and able to learn how to be effective in the role. The position will require a blend of in-person and remote work. Remote delivery based on training and experience. Travel maybe required to meet with teaming partners, clients, attend conferences, or work on critical or classified projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst role supports contract administration functions with processing, tracking and performance management of task orders and contracts. The responsibilities include:
• Manage review and approval processes for task order packages.
• Analyze market trends, monitoring government websites (e.g., SAM.gov, GovWin), and identifying potential business opportunities that align with the company's capabilities.
• Review packages to ensure they are complete before putting them in the pipeline for review and approval.
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer needs, and assess market trends.
• Work with acquisition team and requirements owners to clarify any questions that arise from the review process.
• Maintain tracking of packages and provide metrics to Field Management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support the efficient movement of packages through the process.
• Conduct data calls and track performance on awarded task orders.
• Track task order and contract modifications.
• Provide reporting on performance against Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
• Supporting the proposal process by managing deadlines, ensuring compliance, contributing to content, and maintaining proposal repositories.
• Source data and develop reporting to communicate performance against the task orders.
• Creating Marketing Material (Cap Statements, Slick Sheets, Presentations) that align with Organizational and Joint Venture Marketing
• Attend and support related meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications / Required Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or relative field that combine business acumen, analytical skills, and knowledge of government processes
• Relevant Experience: 3+ years experience in the federal contracting industry, with a demonstrated understanding of government acquisition processes, compliance requirements, and contract management procedures.
• DAWIA or FAC-C Certification (Defense or Federal Acquisition) Preferred
