Position Overview

 

TraceLink is seeking a seasoned and collaborative Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support key functional leaders and their organizations. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to align people strategies with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Business Partners, the Senior HRBP will support mid-to-senior level leadership teams and play a critical role in driving talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions and strategies.

  • Guide organizational design and change initiatives to improve role clarity, team alignment, and business performance.

  • Advise leaders on workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, talent development, and HR best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards, to ensure alignment and execution of people programs.

  • Support the development and deployment of employee engagement initiatives and action planning.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies; escalate complex issues as needed.

  • Participate in and contribute to company-wide HR projects and initiatives.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.

  • Experience supporting corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Technology is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, coaching, and performance development.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and develop insights.

  • Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance requirements; global exposure a plus.

  • Demonstrated alignment with TraceLink's Leadership Principles: humility, resilience, ownership, teamwork, customer-focus, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, MA, with flexibility to support personal or family needs.
