We are seeking a Principal Product Engineer with 4 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N. Experience in Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of product features and enhancements using Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing product development and maintenance.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the areas of Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N.
• Should have a solid understanding of Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
