About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to design and refine complex, enterprise-grade SaaS portal applications. You will be responsible for delivering intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences that simplify complex workflows for our customers. This role combines strong UX strategy with pixel-perfect UI design.

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end UX flows for complex SaaS portals, ensuring usability, scalability, and consistency.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma for responsive web applications.
  • Develop custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements aligned with the product’s style guide.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and best practices across all designs.
  • Work closely with developers to validate implementation accuracy.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex SaaS or enterprise web applications.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced UX flows, responsive layouts, and design for complex, data-rich interfaces.
  • Experience in icon design and creation of custom graphical elements.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and present work to stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with analytics dashboards, multi-tenant SaaS, or admin portals.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff and feasibility checks.
  • Familiarity with motion/interaction design tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects, ProtoPie).
  • Understanding of product metrics and data-driven design decisions.
