- Develop and implement a corporate security strategy aligned with company goals; conduct risk assessments to identify threats and ensure proactive measures
- Enforce security policies and procedures, maintain an incident response plan, and ensure alignment with business needs and operational risks
- Oversee physical security systems including access control, surveillance, and alarms; manage vendor relationships to ensure technology effectiveness
- Lead a team of security professionals, deliver team member training programs, and foster a security-conscious culture across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct drills and simulations, monitor emerging threats, and enhance security awareness programs
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior security management role leading people, processes, and programs, preferably within the gaming, hospitality, or law enforcement industry
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading people, processes, and programs in the field of security, crisis management, and investigations
- In-depth knowledge of physical and information security principles and practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
