What to expect

As a UX/UI Designer you will join us on our journey and undertake a pivotal role in the delivery of projects for the business. You will be responsible for defining and designing the customer experience of products and services, owning the projects they are assigned from inception to delivery.

 

Reporting directly into the Head of Digital Experience, you’ll thrive solving real-world, complex problems for customers, and be ambitions and passionate about designs role in creating products and services that customers love.

 

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, and the rest of the Marketing team to enhance the customer experience, driving acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value for customers and the business, across the entire customer lifecycle.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be an experienced UX/UI Designer with experience ideating, designing and creating experiences across the customer lifecycle in digital and CRM. In addition to this, you will:

  • Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Demonstrable experience working as a Design on end-to-end journeys for digital products and services, and across the customer lifecycle, with a strong understanding of user-centred, service, and design thinking methodologies
  • Ability to own a project’s design activities from initial discovery through to delivery
  • Proficient skills in prototyping and mapping tools to varying levels of fidelity (e.g. Figma, Axure, InVision, Sketch, Marvel, Adobe CC)
  • Ability to iterate quickly and refine solutions, while rationalising decisions against business requirements
  • Proven experience of using data and insight to influence design decisions
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (PSBAR understanding is also beneficial)
