Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their sales career, with a focus on inside sales activities such as customer support, order processing, and account management. Over time, the role offers a growth path into outside sales and business development.

The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, highly organized, and eager to build long-term customer relationships.

  

A Typical Day:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person, providing product/service information and support
  • Assist with preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on customer requests
  • Support the sales team by maintaining organized records of customer accounts and sales activities
  • Build relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
  • Prospect for new customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives on customer visits and business development opportunities
  • Participate in team meetings, product trainings, and professional development activities
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving questions and ensuring timely communication

   

Requirements

  • Some prior sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interest in developing a career in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM/sales software
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to occasionally accompany senior reps on client visits

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working toward goals or quotas in a customer-focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Willingness to take initiative and seek out new opportunities
