Your Role

As a Software Engineer, with strong DevOps skills, you’ll to join our team in building and operating AI/ML services that support agentic AI and automated decisioning. You’ll work in a collaborative, quality-focused environment that values learning, peer review, and knowledge sharing.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement scalable web services and APIs using Python.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Support deployment strategies like Blue-Green, Canary, and Feature Toggle.
• Implement infrastructure as code and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Monitor production systems and contribute to Agile processes and continuous improvement.

This is a permanent role, offers a flexible hybrid work model. We welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne).

About You

• Strong background in DevOps and software engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and tooling.
• Proficiency in Python 3 and software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and secure deployment practices.
• General knowledge, passion, experience and interest in ML technologies and approaches.
• Experience working with GCP AI Technologies would be advantageous.
