The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ are seeking experienced Operators who have a HR and forklift licence. You would be working on the Bluescope site in Hastings where Veolia currently looks after all the resource recovery and scrap steel movements across the site. We are looking for Operators who are hard working, flexible and understand the importance of maintaining a safety first mindset.
There will be 2 of the following shifts available:
12 hour rotating shifts, covering a 24/7 rotating shift pattern and
40 hour week with ability to convert to rotating shift

What you'll be responsible for
Safely operating HR hooklift trucks onsite.
Transporting scrap steel in bins around the Bluescope site.
Safely operating an excavator to manage stockpiles of scrap steel.
Safely operate forklifts.
12 hour rotating shifts, covering a 24/7 rotating shift pattern.
What you'll need to be successful
HR truck licence
Forklift licence
Excavator experience desirable
Able to work rotating shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong safety focus with a proactive approach to improving safety and risk management
Motivation to learn and grow within a team environment
Respectful and a team player
