We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide ongoing daily support in our Plano, TX headquarters. This position will report to a member of the local People Team and interact daily with multiple levels of the organization and stakeholders. We are a rapidly growing digital services and professional services organization and the ability to move with urgency and taking a partnering approach are critical to success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee all administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
    • Schedule and manage local events, including meeting room reservations, setup, catering, and external venue arrangements.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new systems.
    • Manage the office budget effectively.
    • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment needs.
    • Provide access to the secured facility for after-hours meetings and events as required.
    • Offer additional administrative support as needed.
  • Executive Administrative Support:
    • Support executives with expense reports, document preparation and cleanup, and travel coordination.
    • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
    • Facilitate communication between executives and other departments.
  • Finance Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to the finance organization as needed.
    • Help with basic finance-related tasks and documentation.


Experience & Requirements

  • Ability to start with “How can I help” 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or executive assistant role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-starter with a driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours to meet business needs, including supporting meetings and events outside standard hours.

 

This is not a remote role and individuals must be willing to work in the office daily.
