The Opportunity – About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming marketing graduate or marketing co-ordinator to join our Development Marketing team within the Innovation, Marketing & Technology division. Reporting to the Regional or Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative project marketing strategies that support the Project Vision and drive performance.
You’ll support the execution of national and local campaigns, land release programs, display village events, and new project launches. Your responsibilities will include content development, digital channel maintenance, signage updates, and budget support. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a superior customer experience and contribute to broader marketing and customer initiatives.
This role is based either in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, working directly on the project site. It’s well suited to someone looking to build a marketing career and grow within a large company ecosystem, who thrives in a fast-paced environment that offers challenge, excitement, and professional development within an established and grounded team culture.

You’ll bring:

· Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience in marketing
· Experience with copywriting and familiarity with marketing systems

· Ability to interpret data and apply insights to marketing strategies
· Proficiency in managing digital channels, content creation, and campaign execution
