The Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork and quality are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general production tasks including packing, palletising, labelling products and assisting Machine Operators
- Maintain high standards of GMP, HACCP and OHS, including correct PPE use
- Complete documentation and record-keeping accurately
- Complete changeovers and end-of-line housekeeping duties
- Operate safely and efficiently in a food production environment
- Support waste management and workplace cleanliness processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to rostered break times, attendance expectations and smooth shift handovers
- Contribute to continuous improvement, food safety and environmental initiatives
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and OHS standards
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg, stand for extended periods and work in a physically active role
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and hygiene
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow clear procedures
