The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the driving the performance of the business in relation to all aspects of Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQDC and P).
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering on site business plans and KPIs, managing cost, maximising people and utilising labour effectively. Manage Capital Investment Projects in conjunction with the Engineering team.
The Manufacturing Manager is accountable for driving a continuous improvement philosophy with the Production and Warehouse team consistent with the Site Operations Excellence Strategy.
