Base Salary HEO5 $89,755 - $100,495p.a. (pro rata) + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The Hybrid Virtual Memory Clinic (hVMC) Coordinator will be responsible for managing scheduling and coordination for the hVMC assessments, including telehealth invitations, clinician scheduling, and in-person visits. This role ensures smooth clinic operations by organising and tracking appointments, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will be:
scheduling telehealth assessments and coordinating clinician availability, including sending appointment details with necessary documentation
organising face-to-face visits and managing associated logistics such as travel and accommodation
coordinating training sessions for clinicians and staff, ensuring timely communication and resource preparation.
maintaining and updating patient data, including data entry, questionnaire management, and ensuring data integrity
supporting overall team operations by managing meeting schedules and maintaining tracking logs.

About you

experience in clinical coordination, administrative support, or a similar role in a healthcare or research setting
strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
experience with REDCap or other data management systems
excellent communication skills, with clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders
the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
experience in telehealth or virtual clinic coordination (desirable)
familiarity with the memory clinic setting or neurodegenerative disease research (desirable).
