 As a Junior Project Manager for AI projects, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of innovative initiatives. Working alongside senior project managers, engineers, and data scientists, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full project management capacity while gaining exposure to advanced AI and digital transformation programs.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support implementation of project management standards, tools, and best practices across teams.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as project plans, budgets, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs, burn rates, and milestone tracking; highlight risks and issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (AI engineers, data scientists, developers) to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall as appropriate).
  • Participate in project audits, compliance checks, and lessons learned sessions to improve delivery frameworks.
  • Support client communication and stakeholder reporting, ensuring clarity on goals, progress, and next steps.


    • Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 years of experience in project management, PMO, or coordination roles.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent) 


    • Preferred Qualifications
  • CAPM or similar project management certification.
  • Exposure to AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and platforms (Azure, Power Platform, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog management
