IT Support Analyst II
📍 Onsite – Birmingham, AL (3500 Colonnade Parkway - 35243)
🕗 M–F, 8AM–5PM | ✈️ Travel up to 30%
QISG is building out our Birmingham office—and we need an IT Support Analyst II who can handle both everyday IT helpdesk support and specialized engineering software. You’ll keep desktops, laptops, and networks running while making sure our engineers have the tools they need to design and deliver.
What You’ll Do
Support IT hardware/software (Dell & Lenovo devices, desktops, mobile, VPN).
Install, configure, and support engineering software (AutoCAD AEC Suite, Navisworks, Inventor, PLS-CADD, FAD Tools, ArcGIS) including license key management.
Provide cloud support: Intune (end-user/device management) and Azure (storage, VMs, servers).
Manage onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and lifecycle refreshes.
Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, or video.
What You Bring
3–7 years IT support (3+ in corporate setting).
2+ years supporting engineering software.
Skills in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, Azure, VPNs, and ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Degree preferred; CompTIA A+ preferred, ITIL a plus.
