We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Communications Manager. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
You will be responsible for leading the customer communications strategy, ensuring timely, clear, and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and implement customer communication plans
Manage crisis and incident communications
Work with digital and customer service teams to improve customer experience
Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness
What we are looking for:
Experience in customer communications and engagement
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Line management experience
