Cherokee Casino West Siloam is looking for a dedicated Bus Person to join our energetic team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our dining operations, ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
Help our servers deliver delicious meals and refreshing drinks to our hungry guests.
Keep our dining areas sparkling like new. Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness are your top priorities.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated.
Uphold the highest safety standards, including safe food handling procedures and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Work collaboratively with our team to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere.
Promote our Big Six values: Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
Must have ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card.
Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
