Cherokee Casino West Siloam is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our food and beverage team. The Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience to guests throughout the casino. This includes taking and delivering orders, ensuring accurate and timely service, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Deliver food and alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Always ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service.
Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification and verifying age.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the server station and shared areas.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
Ability to work in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings.
Ability to frequently bend and kneel.
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
