Join the team at Gordie's Auto & Tire as an Automotive Service Advisor, where our passion for cars and commitment to exceptional service intersect! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their service experiences and ensuring their vehicles are in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers, listening to their concerns and assessing their automotive needs.
  • Provide detailed service recommendations and clear explanations of necessary repairs.
  • Prepare estimates for services and ensure transparent communication throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of services to optimize shop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers after services to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure accuracy in diagnostics and repair timelines.

Requirements

  • Strong customer interaction skills with a focus on service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with automotive service management software.
  • Positive and approachable demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow.
