Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient back office support for German-speaking customers via email and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with issues related to gaming accounts, payments, and technical challenges.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and operational activities.
• Contribute to the improvement of support processes to enhance service quality.
• Keep up to date with gaming industry developments and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in back office support, customer service, or the gaming sector is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
