Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through our gaming offerings to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement.
• Participate in training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge of our products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and a strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer care.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in the local culture.
• A genuine interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a significant asset.
